🇧🇷🇺🇸 Brazil President Lula: “The US lied about Iran's nuclear weapons just like it lied about Iraq. It provoked this war. Now Trump says oil owners must pay him 20% for each ship he claims to unblock. That used to be called piracy."

🎤 Transcript (pt) ⏱ 118s

Aí fez a guerra."

"I spoke with an IDF soldier immediately after this attack. He didn’t know outposts are illegal under Israeli law, didn’t know the settlers who attacked us were living in Area A, and believed the Palestinian home they’d occupied belonged to them." (1/2)

🎤 Transcript (en) ⏱ 121s

"Could they explain to you why what we're doing here? The man who was just with us one year ago today, the son was beat into death on his own land up there. That's where the land is. Area A, his privately owned land. Up where? Yep, on the mountain. He wanted to get to his land where his son was murdered on the one year anniversary. We drove to get to it and we were immediately attacked by settlers who slashed their tire, who jumped on our windshield, smashed our windshield, tried to throw bricks into our car, and now we're, as far as I can tell, nobody's giving the settlers an interrogation or anything. But you see how ridiculous that is. By the way, that's the father whose son was killed? American citizens, both of them. The father and the son. That is privately owned American land in Area A. The settlers have no right to be there. Why is it American owned land? Because it's owned by private American citizens. The man whose son was murdered is an American citizen who lives in Tampa Bay, Florida. He owns land here because this is his ancestral land. He has not been able to reach it in a year since his son was murdered on his own land. Up on that same hill that the settlers are standing right now? Yes. That's Area A and it's privately owned land by Palestinian Americans. I mean, you see how ridiculous this is, right? I understand. The settlers should really be, I mean, I don't know if this is your jurisdiction or not, but they should be evicted. It's not our jurisdiction. Okay. I mean, the settlers have no right to be there. Do you know that farm that's on top of the hill? It's privately owned house, anyway. No, on top of the hill. It's not Area A. It's quite far. It's quite far."

They Wrote the Monarch's Obituary. It Came Back 64%. Twice. #politics #news #factcheck #PixelPolitics

🎤 Transcript (en) ⏱ 45s

"For years, the story of the monarch butterfly was a countdown. The migration that pours south every autumn, from Canada and the United States to a few mountain forests in central Mexico, had thinned so badly that people began writing about it in the past tense. This past winter, the butterflies blanketed 2.93 hectares of forest, up from 1.79 the year before. That is a 64% jump in one year, and the second straight year of growth. If all you do today is tell one person the monarchs did not get the eulogy memo, that is plenty. There is more good out there than the feed lets on. Go plant some of it. I'm Naomi, and this is Pixel Politics."

We won the election, and it's not fair to take it away from us like this. It's going to be very costly in many ways, and I think you have to say that you're going to re-examine it, and you can re-examine it, but re-examine it with people that want to find answers, not people that don't want to find answers. "France wants to take the Statue of Liberty back. That's where we are. A member of the French Parliament has said that they want the Statue of Liberty back. Which, like, I get it. We're no longer the country that allows immigrants to come to it. The whole purpose of the Statue of Liberty was to show friendship between the United States and France. We are no longer friends with France. I'm quite happy that these European countries are holding us accountable for what we've done in this country. But, I do have to say, if they are going to take the Statue of Liberty back, how many of us can fit in her crown? Can we, like, all hitch a ride back to France, the country that invented the guillotine? Can we, like, can we come? Can you, like, let us come? Some of us are not insane here. Some of us, you know, didn't vote for this guy. Anyway, what a great day."

"Professor Zhang, let me start with you. You made a lot of claims, really, towards the very start of this war, that you said that regime decapitation would fail, which is pretty much what's happened, that America would become bogged down in a drawn-out conflict. So, so far, pretty good. You also said that US would eventually have to put boots on the ground to achieve its goals. That hasn't happened, and we would hope it wouldn't. So, when you look in totality at your gut feeling about the ways to play out, I mean, you're not far wrong. And I think the only reason the boots on the ground hasn't happened is because Donald Trump has realized this was an awful lot more difficult than he first imagined, and that, actually, if he was to commit boots on the ground, it could turn into a complete disaster. No, you're absolutely right. Boots on the ground would be a disaster. But I still believe that, eventually, the United States will be forced to use boots on the ground. In fact, you can argue that there's been a lot of preparation. You still have 60,000 American troops ready to go. They are staged and ready to go. And even though there's an MOU, they're still there. And you can also argue that the MOU is really just buying time, because right now, it's really hot in Iran, and so you have to wait for cooler weather before you can launch a ground invasion. And so I think we are in a waiting game right now, but eventually, you will see boots on the ground. So you think it will definitely happen? I think the latest will be next March. How To GUARANTEE Paw Print Location in Kowakujo Easter Egg! #blackops7zombies #bo7zombies #codzombies #bo7 #callofduty

🎤 Transcript (en) ⏱ 54s

"Here is a trick for the Ko-Roujo East Direct to know exactly where your paw prints will be without needing to guess. Once you've knocked down the cat cage with a PHD Flopper and throw the cage into a pool of lava, you can immediately begin searching all four locations for your paw prints. What you might not know is as soon as you throw the cat into the lava and progress to the next round, a fish is going to spawn somewhere in one of the parts of the map. What many of us didn't realise until now is that where the fish will spawn is exactly where your paw prints are going to spawn here. I had the fisher here in the training area. Now all you need to do is wait for the fisher to disappear and now if I go over to his door where you can see the paw prints have already spawned in here. And this logic applies to any location where a fisher on the map is on the following round. So there's no need to guess where exactly where to get your paw prints all the way to the Cherry Blossom Tree."

Zach is still working to save our National Lands and Parks. This administration is determined to destroy and profit from our public land. Please, let's help stop this regime.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

🎤 Transcript (en) ⏱ 85s

"It is once again time for some terrible public lands news, and this one is really bad. So as of last night, there are reports that Trump is expected to sign proclamations as soon as Monday, July 13th, that shrink or completely eliminate Bears Ears National Monument and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. So we've been here before in 2017, and it got repealed, but it's happening again. And it's really horrible, for a number of reasons that I hope are obvious, but let's go through it. Zazibotanists, the first thing that comes to mind are the hundreds of thousands of acres of really beautiful habitat that should be protected forever. There are also dozens of extremely rare plants that grow on the monuments that will be totally at risk if the areas opened up for development, extraction, or other privatization. Additionally, these national monuments are places of massive cultural heritage with thousands of preserved sites. The management of Bears Ears in particular was developed by a coalition of five tribal nations to protect these landscapes and natural heritage in perpetuity. This is a hugely unpopular, probably illegal move, and it's definitely going to be challenged in the courts, but it is super important for us to establish public disapproval right now. So I have a link in my bio you can follow to submit a message to your representatives. Let them know you think this sucks, that it's really bad. I have spent a huge amount of time in these national monuments. I love them very deeply. In my opinion, they contain some of the most stunning landscapes of anywhere in the world. If you care about public lands, this is, once again, the time to speak up, make your voice heard, and express your disapproval for what's happening."

Big batteries all around Australia store the cheap, renewable energy we generate from solar during the day, so it can be used at night when demand is high. This strengthens our energy grid, moves us away from expensive coal and gas, and brings prices down for everyone.

🎤 Transcript (en) ⏱ 43s

"Australia is building a lot of big batteries, but what do they do? Taking that really cheap renewable energy from the middle of the day and storing it for night. Now night is when energy use in Australia really peaked. But it's also when we've relied more on coal and gas, and that's what sets the price most of the time. Now these big batteries are working to reduce the amount of coal and gas in the system, which is driving down power prices for everyone. But that's just the big batteries. Cheaper home batteries are doing exactly the same thing. 460,000 now across the country. So they are really reducing prices for the people with the batteries, but they're also reducing prices for everyone else because we're using less gas at night. Batteries, good for the planet, good for your pocket."
